Cancellation Policy
Our goal is to provide quality care in a timely manner. In order to do so, we have a cancellation/no-show policy. Appointments are in high demand, and your early cancellation will give another person the opportunity to have access to timely care.
This policy enables us to better utilize available appointments for our clients. At the time of booking your appointment you will be asked to input a credit card to reserve your appointment. Your card will not be charged, unless you fail to cancel within 48-hours or no-show your appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment you must call/text at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
48-hour cancellation policy:
Your credit card will be charged 50% of the service booked, if cancellation is less than 48 hours from appointment.
No-Show policy:
If you no-show/no call your appointment, your credit card will be charged 100% of the service booked.
